Perfect for a family of 8 with children Positive: The house was very big. The bedroom was large. Having bathrooms in all bedrooms was great. The master bathroom was very spacious. The pictures look just like house. There are two assign parking spaces. If more than 2 cars, I don't know where you would park Negative: Having a broom and pan. It would be great to know what is expected at checkout upfront. If you are still there 30 minutes before checkout, the code will no longer work. A better way of contacting the owner for any questions

Townhome/condo was nice, new and clean. Didn’t realize that it was 4 floors and a lot of stairs but maybe that was my bad for not realizing. Unfortunately the reason for the rating was the neighborhood. It is a terrible neighborhood with what looks like a serial killer home across the street. Neighbors who were doing a drug deal right outside of the house. People lingering outside all night. Honestly it was a pretty unsafe area and does not meet the quality and standards of the house. It was overpriced just being in that neighborhood. Also, the blinds on the windows could use some blackout curtains as the rooms are facing the street, which light up the rooms and make them super bright.

Perfect for a large group Positive: Updated look, spacious, and clean. Had all of the essentials we needed for our stay. Loved the rooftop deck to hang out. Loved the many bathrooms. Location is still close to many things. Negative: Loved everything except the abandoned house across the street but we didn’t not have any issues and still felt safe.

Lots of space, clean, rooftop was nice. Multiple bathrooms is great for a large group.

Our family was in towon to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday. The accomodations were perfect and fit all of us. Very clean, well taken careof property.
