Positive: Was exactly like the photos. Very comfortable and nice. Negative: Bit of wear and tear on the house as to be expected. Would have liked sugars and tea available for the price spent on the stay.

Overall enjoyed our stay, especially for the price, but would probably look elsewhere next time. Positive: We liked the more modern decor and style of the rental. It was clean, spacious, and well equipped (except as noted below). We especially appreciated the washer/dryer and detergent provided. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms were also great! Negative: Location was not really close (walking distance) to much of anything so we had to Uber everywhere. It's called "Ultra Luxury" but then only provides single ply toilet paper??? Need black-out blinds or curtains in all the bedrooms, the streetlights (on all night) made sleeping in the dark impossible. The beds and pillows were fine, nothing luxurious though. No microwave in the kitchen was a surprise. The toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom was only attached on one side and almost resulted in an accident for our 87 year old father. On a positive note, once notified of this safety issue, the host had it fixed same day so that was good. Little things were not right, such as the middle floor bathroom having a light bulb out and the hand towel rack very loosely attached to the wall. Couldn't find the remote for the downstairs TV.
