The Big Escape | Dream Location + Game Table

We had a great stay! The home was just right for our group gathering. The furniture was comfortable, and the second-floor master suite was a real standout—huge walk-in closet and an incredible bathroom. The location was also a big win—close to everything we needed, and the secure garage was a nice bonus.Our group was made up of adults—three married couples and one single traveler—so the bunkbeds weren’t ideal for us. Totally our oversight, as it was clearly listed, but next time we’ll probably look for a property with multiple king-sized beds and private bathrooms.The coffee maker took a minute to figure out, but once we did, it was super convenient. The kitchen had all the basics for cooking tools, but lacked pantry staples like oil or sugar—something to be aware of if you plan to cook meals.Overall, the place was clean, spacious, and well-located. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. Would recommend for larger groups looking for a solid place to stay in a great area.

My family and I had a quick trip to Nashville to check out what the city has to offer. The house exceeded our expectations! Beautiful home, everything is amazing. Great communication from the hosts through the entire process. Could not ask for a better experience! Will stay here again without question!

The Modern Farmhouse is an absolute gem. It is clean, just as described, beautiful, spacious, and close enough to the 12 south area yet far enough away to be pretty quiet. The house hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to all our inquiries - really some of the best we have stayed with.
