Outstanding communication with host. Very responsive to requests. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this property and would definitely stay again!

The property was exactly as it was described in the rental advertisement. Very clean, gated community and a short drive to downtown Nashville. Very impressed by the quick responses we received from owner when a request was made.

The main gate stayed open the whole time that we were there .I was told that they would send someone out but it never closed.The private area is open so you can just walk behind each unit.Very small area to walk dogs. Gate to large trash can was always open and the only place to put doggie bags. The tub stopper was gone. The couch, pillows and both rugs were nasty.. Had to Keep them covered with sheets. The management offered to send someone out to clear, but this should have been done be for we arrived.I could let them come because of my dogs. The couch,pillows and rugs just need to go their nasty. Walls had black marks on them. The entrance to the second floor bed room carpet is missing and the other you can feel the floor tacks under the carpet at entrance. Fire alarm is hanging down in 2nd Floor bedroom.Landscaping is terrible. I do have pictures but their of all the problems not sure if you want them.I am just not happy it could be a really nice place!!!

It was a convenient and quiet location. It was nice that the condo had bathrooms for each room plus a half bath. I would definitely stay there again.
