Ótima casa em Nashville Positive: Espaço, cozinha Negative: Os colchões poderiam ser melhores

Positive: House was decent but kitchen was sparcely furnished as far as cook ware, I couldnt find a bake sheet or any oven ware. Negative: We requested an early check in and was told that wasnt possible due to house still being cleaned but upon arrival it was evident that wasnt the case. Floors had not been swept and yard looked horrible. logs in driveway, broken table leaning against back deck, broken chair by trashcan in drive and random mechanical parts laying by gate in drive. Sticks and debri on back deck, a big pile of dog poop laying in back yard as well. Grass was cut but looked not to have been mowed for awhile prior as it was piling and clumpy and looked awful. Couldnt enjoy sitting outside because it just looked so bad. Back alley was tight and hanging limbs and weeds made it hard to pass through. Neighboring trash cans sitting in the alley made it hard to get through as well. Toilet seat in half bath wasnt bolted down and would slide it you tried using the toilet. Washer was broke and not usable our entire stay. We asked for extra towels since washer couldnt be used and was told we would get them and upon returning on night 2 we had to message again just to get clean towels. Night one a guest was standing on back deck and was greeted by a HUGE RAT! Hence the Decon Rat bait under the window bench in the kitchen Im guessing. Our bed was nicely made until sheet was exposed and it was so wrinkled it made you wonder if it had been slept on? House itself was decent but would not rent again. The yard maintenance was very disappointing. Front Yard looked bad as well but we spent little time there since we had to park and enter from the back. Neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy as well. House is nicely decorated but much smaller than pictures make it appear, The best part was the shower upstairs! We always had a nice hot shower in a large nicely tiled shower. House is NOT handicap accessible though.
