City Overlook | 2 Balconies | Close to Downtown

Nice location friendly host Positive: I liked the location of the property and the quietness of the property also. It was very clean and spacious the guest bedroom need a Tv in it. The master had a TV and shower pressure was a little low but very roomy in the master bathroom/ bedroom. I liked the fact that when I did have to reach out to host someone was available and always friendly. I would definitely book again with Host at different properties. Negative: I didn’t like that the balconies wasn’t clean the balcony upstairs was missing nails from the wood, and it was rocky. Couldn’t see the skyline of building that is downtown because trees were grown up blocking the view. There was spiders webs on both balconies along with leaves and debris all on both as well. I guess because property is For Sale but still if you’re renting at least keep it presentable and safe for guests. My kids are 10 & 15 I was still concerned for safety along with myself. Also the bottom lock on patio door in the bedroom did not lock, even though it had a deadbolt on the door that was the only thing that was keeping the door from being open, but if you didn’t Lock deadbolt the door would open if you jiggle handle even though the lock itself is turned to lock.
