Highly recommend, but ask for an upstairs unit!
Positive: It was a lovely place and suited our needs perfectly.
Negative: We were in a lower unit and could hear every movement from upstairs neighbors. Not just footsteps, but creaking floorboards, conversations (muffled), crying kids, and anything dropped on the floor. You can forget about sleeping in if the upstairs tenants rise before you do.

Overall it was a good experience. We shall return if in the area.
Positive: Location, layout, ease of use, value for the money.
Negative: We were in one of the lower units and could hear the people upstairs walking and other noises. Possibly little to no insulation between floors. Tv reception could have been better.
