Great space for a small group and walking distance to downtown Franklin. Positive: Super quiet, comfortable, and cute place near downtown Franklin. The hosts were very friendly, responsive, and accommodating by allowing me to check in early, which saved me money trying to find a space to work for the day. Would stay here again for sure! We had a great time and would consider staying here again,. Positive: The home is in an excellent location for sight-seeing in Nashville and the surrounding area. It's a beautiful area! The home has been updated and worked well for our trip. The kitchen was especially nice. Negative: The bathroom doors need to be wider and need a bottom track! Thankfully we were a group of females, but this would have been very uncomfortable with men in our group as you could see into the bathroom from each side of the sliding door. The beds were lower than expected and it made it hard for my 81-year old mother to get in and out of bed. They were comfortable, though, and we slept well.

The location of this unit is nice and easy to get to downtown Franklin or head into Nashville.The unit itself has an ant issue in the kitchen. We were not cooking here but it was a bit off-putting. The furnishing look very nice in the pictures but the quality of the beds and furniture is not overly sturdy. The unit could use a new coat of paint. Several black smudges and scuffs on the walls. It was ok. Not the best and not the worst.Host was responsive to messages.The
